My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The pool side room was lovely, with a beautiful bathroom and plenty of facilities. Although I didn't get any refund, I felt like I got so much for the money I paid.

The service was amazing and very helpful. The staff were incredibly helpful, directing us to places we needed to go and recommending a great place to eat. They even loaned us bicycles to get there.

The location was perfect for me as it was close to the pier for my trip to Phi Phi Islands the next morning. Additionally, being right by a huge street market added to the convenience.
